Found Trade Heros online after having other people let us down. From first conversation right through to finish, Toby was absolutely excellent.Our bathroom needed quite a lot of work, from new walls and door frames all through to tiling and fitting of units. Toby talked us through each step of what was needed and when it would be done and was spot on with everything.Always clean, polite and most importantly work was too a high standard.We would absolutely use Trade Heros again and in fact they are in the process of pricing up another room for us!Many thanks for finally giving us a bathroom back!!

I was very pleased with the work Toby was asked to do. He serviced my boiler, changed my bath taps and fixed a small leak. He replied promptly to my enquiry and communication was excellent throughout the process. I will definitely be using again

I called Trade Hero’s after being messed about by multiple plumbers and gas engineers to complete a full install of a new boiler, radiators and plumbing works etc. Toby arrived on each day and time agreeed and he has been so helpful, even thou things hasn’t gone to plan he has just been so helpful and nothing was any stress for him. So polite and professional will definitely be using again in the future. Thanks Guys

Toby serviced my elderly mum's old boiler for several years and installed a new one. We have been very pleased with can quality of his workmanship, tidiness and competitive pricing and it is a pleasure to recommend him. My husband and I were so pleased with his work over the years for my mum that he now also does work for us.

Had an emergency boiler fitting. TradeHeros had a great response time knowing it was an emergency for me & my tenants. Extremely professional and went through everything with my tenants and gave them his contact details incase of any ongoing issues. But everything completed with no problems at all. Five star service!

Have used trade hero’s for a period of time, and I could not fault them. Always very reliable and on time and great value for money. He is my go to plumber and heating engineer for any issues that I have.

Toby came out to us when we had an internal gas leak and British Gas turned us off until this was fixed. Toby was here within two hours found the leak and got the gas back on. He was so helpful, clean and tidy, I would recommend him to anyone!

Toby and his team is absolutely brilliant. Always very responsive and keeps you up to date with how the job is going and what your options are. He has corrected a few problems in my house which were created by poor work from other tradesman. Toby's ability to explain what the issue is helps provide a lot of comfort. Also he is very tidy and professional whilst being reasonable. Honestly one of the best tradespeople I have ever used.

Out with the old in with the new, we had new boiler fitted, taps replaced and outdoor tap fitted. The team were professional and polite. They’ll be back soon for bathroom upgrade.Top marks!!

After having a bad experience with a tradesman, Toby came in to rectify his mistakes and out of the goodness of his heart and generosity, he didn’t charge. Since then, we’ve called him out for various issues. He is always responsive and confident in his approach. Toby is professional, trustworthy and always has a smile on his face. Toby installed underfloor heating in our extension. I cannot recommend Toby highly enough. He did an excellent Job and was over the moon with the end result.
